What To Expect
The Pre-Visit
After you fill out the questionnaire form, the Hair By Barbie team will reach out you via email and/or Text message (410-505-0303) We will then schedule a time to chat via Phone call or Zoom meeting. Sometimes after that consultation, we may invite you into the salon to have a in person consultation. Everything we do is customizable and extremely personalized to provide the best and safest results.
The Consultation
During our 15 minute conversation we will be discussing your application. Going over hair history, current hair and desired dream hair. How many appointments it will take, how much time to achieve results, and maintenance. We will also go over any and all financial obligations. This is the time you can ask any questions and to see if we are a good fit for one another. If you are invited into our tribe, you can place a non-refundable retainer and book your appointment.
After Goodbye
Before you leave we can schedule your maintenance appointment. You will be hearing from us a few days after you visit with us and will will check on how things are going. You may be required to come back in a few weeks later for a follow up appointment.
